We went to the dealership looking for a jeep for our son, this is his first vehicle he has financed. Randy was the perfect salesman for us, he listened to and answered all of our son's questions. We were very impressed with the way Randy treated and talked to our son. He never pressured or tried to talk us into anything. My husband told him what he wanted his payments to be and what it would take for him to be able to purchase the jeep. I can honestly say this is the best experience with a salesman we have ever dealt with. I would send anyone I know to Randy to buy a vehicle. I visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the first I visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the first time in January 2014. I was in the process of evaluating four small SUV models (CRV, RAV I visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the first time in January 2014. I was in the process of evaluating four small SUV models (CRV, RAV4, Forester and Cherokee). I had just driven the CRV and the Jeep was my next test. I was very impressed with the appearance of the dealer showroom and the service waiting area. When I entered I was greeted by Willie Brown, and my experience just got better after spending some time with him. We walked the lot to look at colors and options from a large inventory of Cherokees. He let me drive a 4 cylinder Cherokee Latitude and he clearly described its options and capabilities as we drove. No pressure to buy, just great personal customer service during my visit. The 4 cylinder had a lot of pep and I was impressed. I told Willie that I was headed to test drive a RAV4 and Subaru and would let him know my final decision. After driving all four, the Cherokee definitely had a better road feel, lower road noise and the interior finish was much nicer. Needless to say the new design of the Cherokee does not look like the other 25 small SUV's on the road which all seem to look the same to me. I called Willie about a week later and made an appointment to bring my wife by to see and drive the Cherokee. The temperature was 15 degrees when we arrived and Willie had two Cherokee's warming up. We first drove the 4 cylinder Latitude and my wife was impressed. I had told Willie that I wanted the Limited trim level, so we sat in the second "warm" Cherokee Limited to review the trim finish and the upgraded options. Willie spent at least 20 to 25 minutes going over the options, especially the uConnect communications system. We were about to get out of the Jeep when he asked if I wanted to drive the Jeep with its 6 cylinder engine. I did and after about a 2 mile drive, I said I wanted the 6 cylinder! The 4 cylinder performed well, but the 6 cylinder made a great impression on us and we drive in the NC mountains a lot. I had a TrueCar price certificate with me which the dealership bettered by several dollars with no haggling. I ordered a Cherokee with the colors and options we wanted. Our buying experience was terrific and would recommend Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone interested in purchasing a Chrysler Jeep vehicle. Be sure to ask for Willie Brown! I will update this when we get our new Jeep. More
Shortly after the time that USAA released the certificate notice about your dealership, I received an e-mail from Brian requesting that I give him a call. I gave Brian a call and advised him as to the specifics accessories that I was looking for in the Dodge Challenger. He quickly researched his inventory while we were talking and mentioned that he had something close to what I was looking for, and said that he would send me the details as soon as we were off the phone. He did, and asked that I reply to him if that was what I was looking, and if so, that he would then come up with the best price possible. After a few emails between us, Brian quoted a price that was totally acceptable to me, which I immediately accepted, and mentioned that I would be by the following day to purchase the vehicle. My wife and I drove up to Lake Norman from Charlotte, and was greeted by the friendly staff upon entering the dealership. We were introduced to Brian and proceeded with the formalities associated with the purchase of the vehicle. Although Brian was involved (momentarily) with another customer, Russell stepped in during his absence to continue the purchasing process. Once we were done with the paperwork, we were taken to a waiting area while Amanda completed all of the required paperwork. She then asked that we join her in her office, and we completed/signed all of the required documents. She was very helpful, especially when it came time to decide on an extended warranty for the car, along with options for both the tires/rims and the interior of the car. As it was fairly late in the evening, we decided to come back the following day to take the car home. Upon arriving, we were met by Brian who then did a quick over with myself on all of the features of the car, along with ensuring that my Samsung phone was hooked up via Bluetooth. Before leaving, Brian made sure to once again thank us for purchasing the Challenger, and that if I ever had any questions/concerns to give him a call. For me this was probably the easiest, and least stressful purchase of a new car made in the last 20 years. I look forward to working with your service department, as it seemed to be running like a well oiled machine, at least from the outside. Again thank all of you for a very enjoyable experience. Andrew became my service advisor and was extremely empathetic and put all the facts on the table. He knows how to handle issues in a timely fashion while maintaining the utmost professional atmoshphere. He is receptive to the customer and extremely knowledgeable about vehicles/maintenance which makes it easy for the lay person to understand the issues of his or her vehicle. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication Andrew displays for his career. More

Other than seeing another truck to get an idea between regular cab and crew cab, I was totally set on the one and only vehicle she had shown me, that's how dead on she was with what I wanted. I was totally pleased at the vehicle's style and all the incredible functions included. Maggie was able to work with me quickly so that I didn't spend long hours in the dealership. She even encouraged me to bring my dog along because he was considered in the purchase as well. The experience was very pleasant and she was knowledgable, quick and responsive to my questions during the entire transaction. I would highly recommend dealing with Maggie in future transactions. I shared with her how i was treated at other dealerships and was hoping not to find this again. Jamie was my sales person and he was great. He was very helpful and patient with me while trying to find a car. He gathered the cars that fit in my budget and off we went to test drive. The experience was awesome and comfortable. Jamie did not make me fill like my twenty-thousand dollar limit was a smack in his face or that this was an outrages goal.( This is how other dealerships made me fill.) So, yes i will recommend LNCJD and Jamie to everyone i know that will be looking for a car.THANKS GUYS!!! I LOVE MY CAR!!!! More

We arrived and was greeted by several of the staff and Sam. He showed us all the features of the Ram 1500 and even programmed mine and my wife's phone to Uconnect system. Amanda topped me off in signing my final papers, she explained everything in detail, with a great attitude. Overall this was an amazing experience and unlike any other dealership I've ever experienced. I was out the door thousands less than other dealerships I had shopped around at. They truly want the best deal for you. More
