My experience with Lake Norman Chrysler was a pleasant one and Mr. Sam Dewitt was very professional in showing us the Grand Cherokee models to choose from. We test drove 2 models and decided on the sec one and Mr. Sam Dewitt was very professional in showing us the Grand Cherokee models to choose from. I am the type of person that hates high pressure or 'trickery' to get the sale. At LKN Jeep I never, not even for a second, felt any kind of high pressure or any sales tactics. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming, helpful and polite from my inital visit right thru the completed purchase. I had three different salepeople help me form when I first went into the dealership 'just to browse' and then returned a month or so later to look a little more seriously and do more homework before I made a decision. I shopped 3 different dealers in NC and SC as well as on-line before making my decision. Although I live on about 30 miles away from the LKN dealership, there was no other dealer that made me feel as comfortable with my shopping and ultimate decision. The salesperson who completed my sale (Mr. Willie Brown) was fantastic. A true gentleman, no pressure (although he did ask for the sale and he did his due diligence to help me to make my decision). Willie got me answers to any question he did not know the answer for. He did his homework, he knew the product and he walked me through every step so that I fully understood my decision to trade-in and purchase. I have purchased more than 15 cars in my lifetime and 8 of those were new cars. I can honestly say that this was the 'easiest' and most comfortable purchase of them all, thanks to Mr. Brown and everyone at LKN Jeep. The dealership itslef was superb. My wife knew she wanted a Chrysler 300 but didn't know if she wanted to spend the money on a new one. We searched the internet and found that we could get new for not much more than one a year or so know if she wanted to spend the money on a new one. We searched the internet and found that we could get new for not much more than one a year or so old. She does not like the car buying process at all so she put me in charge of it. I searched online and ultimately inquired about 4 vehicles, three of which were out of town and one at Lake Norman. We decided on the C over the S and narrowed our search to two cars. Lake Norman didn't have exactly what we were looking for but Willie was able to locate one and bring it to the dealership. We are very happy that we were able to do business locally and the Lake Norman Advantage certainly gave them one. When it came time to do the deal my biggest requirement was that Willie get my wife in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible. When she arrived, Willie had all the paperwork ready for her signature and she was gone in twenty minutes. Perfect. At delivery, Willie had the car ready when we arrived and explained all the features. Happy wife, happy life. Overall it was a great buying experience. Our family needs had grown to the point of needing to add an additional car to the driving mix. With three daughters, two of them driving, we wanted to make sure that our vehicle choice would be one that co an additional car to the driving mix. With three daughters, two of them driving, we wanted to make sure that our vehicle choice would be one that could last them through college and beyond. Maggie, our sales associate, was very helpful and patient with us as we tested out various vehicles and driving scenarios. We selected a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and drove it home that evening. After spending some time behind the wheel of this Jeep and discovering how much fun it is to drive, I decided to trade in my truck and buy another Rubicon. So, in the span of three days we became a two Jeep family! Came into the dealership on one of the recent frigid nights at 7:45, though the dealership was closing the doors at 8:00, when I asked if someone would show me some of the models on the lot, Jaime Walli nights at 7:45, though the dealership was closing the doors at 8:00, when I asked if someone would show me some of the models on the lot, Jaime Walling did not hesitate to jump up and say lets go....He spent time freezing with me in the lot, offered to open cars and drive and did not care that we would likely not get a deal done that night or that the delaership was closing. He followed back up with me the next day, dealt with all my questions via email and text and assisted me again the next night by having the car I wanted ready for a ride. 30 minutes and only 1 back and forth to the "sales manager" we had a deal. Handled everything and cam ein the next day at lunch to finalize financing and away I went. Christina was prepared and efficient in getting me back to work. I visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the first I visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the first time in January 2014. I was in the process of evaluating four small SUV models (CRV, RAV I visited Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for the first time in January 2014. I was in the process of evaluating four small SUV models (CRV, RAV4, Forester and Cherokee). I had just driven the CRV and the Jeep was my next test. I was very impressed with the appearance of the dealer showroom and the service waiting area. When I entered I was greeted by Willie Brown, and my experience just got better after spending some time with him. We walked the lot to look at colors and options from a large inventory of Cherokees. He let me drive a 4 cylinder Cherokee Latitude and he clearly described its options and capabilities as we drove. No pressure to buy, just great personal customer service during my visit. The 4 cylinder had a lot of pep and I was impressed. I told Willie that I was headed to test drive a RAV4 and Subaru and would let him know my final decision. After driving all four, the Cherokee definitely had a better road feel, lower road noise and the interior finish was much nicer. Needless to say the new design of the Cherokee does not look like the other 25 small SUV's on the road which all seem to look the same to me. I called Willie about a week later and made an appointment to bring my wife by to see and drive the Cherokee. The temperature was 15 degrees when we arrived and Willie had two Cherokee's warming up. We first drove the 4 cylinder Latitude and my wife was impressed. I had told Willie that I wanted the Limited trim level, so we sat in the second "warm" Cherokee Limited to review the trim finish and the upgraded options. Willie spent at least 20 to 25 minutes going over the options, especially the uConnect communications system. We were about to get out of the Jeep when he asked if I wanted to drive the Jeep with its 6 cylinder engine. I did and after about a 2 mile drive, I said I wanted the 6 cylinder! The 4 cylinder performed well, but the 6 cylinder made a great impression on us and we drive in the NC mountains a lot. I had a TrueCar price certificate with me which the dealership bettered by several dollars with no haggling. I ordered a Cherokee with the colors and options we wanted. Our buying experience was terrific and would recommend Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone interested in purchasing a Chrysler Jeep vehicle. Be sure to ask for Willie Brown! I will update this when we get our new Jeep. More
