Andrew takes his time explaining what the issue is and truly evaluates all options with me to best fix the issue. He has even brought in the mechanic to help explain all the details of the issue and the resolution. On a recent trip from West VIrginia to Fort Mill , South Carolina I decided to look for a replacement for my Rav. After eliminating all the other choices I decided to drive through the jeep dealers lot and the Cherokee immediately caught my eye. I realized after a test drive that it was just what I was looking for. My attempt to make a purchase from the other dealer in South Carolina was a nightmare. I decided that even though I was in love with the Cherokee I would not purchase this vehicle. On a second trip from West Virgina to Fort Mill I decided before I left that I would look online for a different dealer and try it one more time. On the Lake NOrman jeep website was the Jeep Cherokee limited I originally attempted to purchase. I decided to try once again hoping that not all Jeep dealers were alike. I assure you they are not. From the moment I contacted Mark the experience was positive. He was friendly ,professional, and genuine. He answered all my questions before I even asked them. I have purchased many makes of cars both in person and online but I have never found a salesman or dealership who was as helpful and made me feel so positive about a car purchase. The dealership is beautiful and everyone I encountered extended what I termed "southern hospitality". In my future I will definitely make the seven hour trip should I decide to purchase again. Andrew really helped me out. I got 2 flat tires from a terrible road and needed them fixed by Friday with snow coming. The rims were bent and almoat needed new ones.
