It is my distinct pleasure to write this reveiw on Andrew of your service department. I first met Andrew on the monday following New Year's day three years ago. My wife and I had just come out of worship of your service department. I first met Andrew on the monday following New Year's day three years ago. My wife and I had just come out of worship services on sunday to discover the FOB key inoperable on our '08 Dodge Caravan. Friends drove us home and I had our vehicle towed into the local Chrysler Dodge dealership on monday. I didn't have any experience with FOBs and was astonished at how expensive they were. Andrew, helped allay my fear when he was able to procure a replacement FOB at a great discount price. He' been my service writer ever since. Not only did he look after us, but he did so with a very pleasant personality and professionalism. It was easy to discern that his parents and upbringing had schooled him well on how to get along with people. Anytime I'm near this dealership in Cornelius, I make it a point to come in to see Andrew and have a cup of coffee. He is a fine young man to be around; years ahead of his age in terms of knowledge of your product brands and experience. If I need dealer assistance, Lake Norman Dodge is where I go. I firmly believe in the law of reciprocity - we're paid back for the goodwill we pay for others. It's difficult to truly impress me in the work-a-day world. As a Christian, 32nd-degree Scottish Rights Freemason, Shriner, Life and Health insurance broker for other 30 years, Husband/Father and combat-wounded Vietman veteran (Green Beret Captain). I have experienced alot. I don't extoll the virtues of anyone easily. He or she has to earn it with performance. You're lucky to have employees like Andrew. He does and will to continue to reflect highly on his co-workers, other staff and those in supervisory and leadership roles. More

This dealership definitely listened to me as a customer and provided with not only what I asked for but other options. Walking in I thought that I wanted a particular car (Jeep Wrangler) and after a test d and provided with not only what I asked for but other options. When we arrived at Lake Norman Chrysler, we were already about 5 minutes past their closing time but yet we were still helped and treated with great care. Maggie let us look at the Jeep that we wanted as well as let us test drive it. Following the test drive, Maggie set us down and talked to us about prices and let us look at different price scenarios. Overall, Maggie was VERY helpful and friendly and the dealership itself was very nice and inviting. We initially spoke with Sam over the phone after inquiring about a particular Jeep and he was very helpful as well which is another reason we decided to stop Lake Norman on our way to Tennessee. I had been looking for a Ram 1500 for several weeks in and around my home in Columbia, SC. I usually hate the car buying experience and my local dealerships definitely didn't disappoint. They provided me with the same level of price gouging, condescension, silly sales tactics, and general tomfoolery that i had come to expect. I'd like to think that I don't look especially dumb, but apparently I transform as soon as i cross the threshold of a dealership's doors. After several weeks of therapy, ten cases of beer, and few hundred milligrams of Thorazine, I was able to put the frustration and disappointment of trying to drive away in a sweet piece of 395hp American engineering behind me. Seriously, you would rather tap dance with the devil on a bed of hot coals in xxxx than try to buy a Ram product in the Columbia metro area. Tragedy however, was to be averted. I asked my mom if she would look around some of her local NC dealerships for a place where where the staff enjoyed selling trucks more than they did watching a customer's soul die. She found Mark Mosayebi at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Before i'd even spoken to this guy he had offered exactly what i wanted for my 2011 Explorer and set up a righteous deal on a 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn 4x4... Whaaaaaat?...When I show up at the dealership to do the deal, I'm still a little apprehensive. I walk inside and this dealership looks like some kind of automotive pleasure palace. Dude...They have a cafe inside of the dealership. I was a smoking hot barista away from a massive coronary. Mark was great in person and despite the fact that he had waited an hour for me to get there after he had already gotten off of work, he took the time to go over all of the trucks features in detail. He also informed me that as long as I have my vehicle serviced by their dealerships, they will keep tires on my vehicle and provide me with roadside assistance and courtesy vehicles for the life of my truck. I'm not sure, but he might actually BE the saint that bears his name. I also have to give xxxxxxto the finance manager, Cory James. No lie, this is the first time that i haven't secretly wanted to scoop slam the finance guy...I even bought an extended warranty. This was truly a day of firsts. I may even name my next child after these guys...Markory has a nice ring to it. Assuming that my Ram isn't a lemon, I will definitely go back to these guys for my next truck. If you just bought a Ram at another dealership, you screwed up. If you are planning to buy one and don't check these guys out, you may need a psych eval. More

My experience was more less not shocking but absolutely definitive in result to take action due in fact I had to invest the time to explain my experience at the Lake Norman Jeep dealership. I was first greeted by an individual which looked and felt less than motivated to ask me what service I was in for and if I had an appointment. Walking towards my Jeep I noticed a young man who resembled my daughters favorite singer Justin Beiber look-a-like. Pleasantly surprised of the introduction, I was asked to take a minute to step inside his office. In doing so I must protest that I have visited this dealership for 3 years now and have actually never placed foot in any office. After a few minutes of conversation it became apparent to me that something was special about this young man. Respectively speaking he kept mentioning "with doing things with good intent". Also, stating his influence being from his own father. Not only did he listen to what my concerns with the sense of being genuine but the conversation continued shortly after due to only intrigue. Definitely speaking, after getting on a personal level I felt surprisingly, comfortable. I wanted to expressed to him that I was so impressed with the service experience that I wanted to extend the offer to speak to the owner. Andrew, then insisted that he was not available but would pass on the compliment. Afterwards leading me to the cashier who passed on a business card which lead me to this site. I must say I do not understand why, but I felt it was important for me to take the time this evening to do something for this young man, in which, I was so impressed with customer service skillset. This experience and communication with someone much younger than I, has proven we have to take care those who take care of us. If Andrew didn't seem so committed, I would certainly approach him with a job offer. Andrew, I hope someone extends these words to you. Great job, continue the great work. We were out "just looking" for a truck all day Saturday and had visited 3 other dealerships in Mooresville before going to Lake Norman Dodge. We were very skeptical about purchasing a new truck as we were sticker shocked and the salespersons at the other dealerships were not impressive and extremely pushy. When we arrived at Lake Norman Dodge we met Jamie, and he asked us what we were looking for and he took us right to that truck - down to the color. It was such a pleasant experience working with him as he is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted and made us feel very comfortable. We didn't plan to go home with a truck that day, however it was awesome working with Jamie and he even got our payments where we felt comfortable as well. We are extremely happy we made the decision to purchase a truck that day.
