We drove from Georgia 200 miles and it was well worth the trip. We called early on a Saturday afternoon, agreed on the specifics of the deal and let them know We were coming a long way and we were meet by a team of great, courteous and knowledgable sales associates through out our car buying process. We have been looking for a car for a while and every experience We had else where was every part of car buying that We dread. At Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram We became believers that it is still possible to have a great buying experience. Our sales associate Tracy Sherrill, made that happen. He got us the deal we wanted, made sure we did not take a 200 mile trip and leave with out a car. He was great to do the test drive with, understood the importance of staying with in our budget, the importance of a reliable car, making sure the car meet the needs of my growing family and making sure that every thing was checked off our list.
