You can tell that Andrew is very knowledgeable at what he does, and he goes the extra mile to make sure his customers know that he really cares about them. He makes his customers feel comfortable, and I always feel like he takes the time to make me a priority when I am there. I will definitely continue to go back to Andrew anytime I need to take my Jeep into the dealership. I have had an ongoing problem with my key fob's for my 2010 Ram 1500 and more or less learned to live with it. In working with Drew and Robin, the service coordinator and manager, they were proactive enough to coordinate my visit to the dealer when the MOPAR rep was in town to take advantage of the latest diagnostic software that Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Ram has added to its service department. Not only did they easily identify the problem, but extended a good will opportunity to me and treated the situation as an extended warranty scenario for a loyal customer. I go there for all of my service, including oil changes, and it was very gratifying to have the real folks representing the dealership treat me like I mattered, and I was worth every effort to make my ownership experience with a Ram truck rock solid long after the sale. It takes strong ownership for key employees to be able to operate with that level of commitment to the customer. We have never had an experience like we had with Lake Norman Chrysler. The dealership is located about 4 1/2 hours from our home but it was the only dealership in the state of NC and SC that had exactly Norman Chrysler. The dealership is located about 4 1/2 hours from our home but it was the only dealership in the state of NC and SC that had exactly what we were looking for from the color of the exterior and interior to the size of the engine and all extras. We explain to Willie Brown over the phone that we want the vehicle and he takes all of our information. The next morning he calls and says it's done let's us know what payments will be and that we can pick it up. It was that simple!! It's not like we have a credit score in the 800's to make it easy our score is in the high 600's. Willie Brown had such knowledge of the vehicle and went through everything with us! When we went to sign the papers with Christina Bartolotta she told us the interest rate the bank wanted to give us and then showed us what we got. The bank wanted to give us a very high interest rate which was lower than what we had had before and she said it wasn't good enough. She got our interest rate down by 10 points giving us the ability to buy the exact car we wanted with a payment that was acceptable. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. Just walking into the dealership it feels different, very relaxed and laid back. No high pressure sales people running up to you trying to get your business. We would drive the 4 1/2 hours again and again just to be able to deal with these people again and we would highly recommend everyone else do the same. More
