Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge's slogan of "Why go anywhere else" is RIGHT ON THE MONEY. I have been a long standing customer of this dealership, purchasing several cars and always getting my servi go anywhere else" is RIGHT ON THE MONEY. I have been a long standing customer of this dealership, purchasing several cars and always getting my service done at their shop. Today I bought two new cars. I cannot say enough good things - here are a few though: 1) Buying experience - the sales people are knowledgeable, friendly (always a smile), not pushy (let you explore without shadowing you), go the extra mile (drive to Gastonia with you just to look at different model colors that weren't on the Lake Norman lot), help down to the last detail (ordering options), and don't let you buy anything they wouldn't put on their own vehicle. They will happily show you everything on the lot, let you take weeks to keep asking questions, find a car for you at another location and have it brought in, or order a new vehicle from the factory. My last experience was perfect - I walked away purchasing two cars! Jamie and Nathan are superior employees and I would recommend both to my best friends. Nathan drove me to Gastonia and went over the vehicles' features and options many times over (at my request); Jamie spent hours with me and help me select both Mopar and after market parts for the Rubicon. These guys are like friends now. How about price? Fantastic!!! I will tell you that no other dealer can compare in selection, service and price! Also, they have the "Lake Norman Advantage", which includes tires for life, carwashes, 4 oil changes, loaner cars, etc., etc., etc ... wow! When it came time for the paperwork, Amanda was superior. She explained the financing options, warrantee options, etc. in great, patient detail. She also made recommendations based upon experience and didn't just "go for" the most expensive. She handled the plates, insurance, etc., and all I needed to do was sign by the "x's". Great experience. 2) Service: Terry and crew are fantastic - he's never recommended work for me that wasn't necessary and I've never felt like I've paid for something that wasn't critical. He is beyond helpful, and even advised when my last car was past its lifespan - and recommended not to put more money into the 14 year old engine! He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, fair and friendly! 3) Parts department: These guys have a great inventory, and get you what you need fast, and fairly priced - very helpful! Bottom line - when I shop for a car, I want to get the best car at a fair price - Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep does that plus, adds friendly people who you would recommend to your friends, adds great service, and throws in the "Lake Norman Advantage". We traded cars this weekend. I find it very stressful but, Sam Dewitt was very helpful and made this transition very stress free. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Just want to say that it was a pleasant experience dealing with Brian Cramer. Brian was helpful and was able to answer all our questions. Brian is a great person. We Have bought 2 new vehicles from Lake Norman Chrysler and we absolutely love this dealership! Our first was a new 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the second was a 2013 Dodge Dart. Our first experience was with Randy Lorelike and he was fabulous! He took the time to go over everything on our Jeep. Then, I had a friend who was looking for a new Compass and we was there having service that's when we meet Craig Shane in the showroom. I told him what my friend was looking for and he found what she was looking for on the lot brought it up front let me take pictures of the jeep and when I sent them to her she come the next day and bought it. When we decided to buy another vehicle we were actually looking for a used car that would be good on gas. We went to see Craig Shane and we test drove a used accord, but then we asked about a used dart on the lot, and he recommended we look at a new one so we would get all the benefits. We test drove one and we loved it and bought it. The staff at this dealership is fabulous. They remember their customers and they take care of their customers before, during, and after the sale. This is why we drive so far (1 1/2 hrs.) and will never go anywhere else again. We really are customers for life. We Love Lake Norman Chrysler! Go see Craig Shane Or Randy Lorelike! Terry in service was very helpful and easy to talk to. I wanted to block out some heat so I decided to get my windows tinted, Terry called Alvin who is the dealerships window tinter who was very knowledgeable in window films, he went over my options and made it very clear as to how much protection I would receive with the window film. I've had many vehicle's tinted but the job this dealership did was excepexceptionally well not to mention the were finished with my entire car in about an hour. I highly recommend this dealership and in July I will definitely pupurchase my brand new 2014 from here, not to mention Terry told me that every new vehicle comes with free window tint which is a big plus. Keep up the good work guys!!! More
Like many people, because of my own "juggling & ball dropping" over-committed life, hectic schedule and the digital research labyrinth, it took me a while to choose a new car. In the process I was helped by 3 exceptional individuals, Ed Lucas, Jeff Carnahan and Qwame Jackson. They are a part of the Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram Team in Charlotte, NC. First, I could not believe how patient and competent both Ed and Jeff were. They both should be recognized as "model" Chrysler Sales Associates. They just both genuinely wanted to help me, not be my phony best friend or sell me on any new safety concept or debate my indecision. They just wanted to : -Provide the info objectively, (there is a lot to tell about.) -Understand my concerns, -Answer my questions honestly, and HELP ME get ME the right vehicle at the right price. They allowed me to come to my own conclusion. They didn't bombard me with email or phone calls but did answer whatever I asked ASAP. And when I did, I concludeded the American "imported from Detroit" Chrysler Town and Country, that gets as good or better gas mileage than most other compact suv's or vans; that has more options in cargo and passenger space as well as MORE SPACE overall than almost every other mini-van or SUV; that has everything and is comparably underpriced is the only car to own. Chrysler doesn't need a hard-sell salesperson in their showrooms. They only need "real" people selling their "real deal" Automobiles. Next, because I require a lot of info before I make a decision about buying a depreciating good over $5K, I also worked with their manager, Qwame Jackson, and OMG, GOD Bless Qwame's Mom because she did an awesome job with him. He is smart, patient, REAL, with no intimidation, no hard sell. Qwame is an exceptionally kind, "just the facts" helpful sales manager. He would not waste anyone's time. He is a rare gem for an employer and for a customer! Look, I am very grateful that these Chrysler representatives took as much time with me as they did. Maybe they see the big picture that if they work well with me, I'll be a customer for life; OR MAYBE, they are just really good people supported by really good people, like the finance manager Cory James and receptionist, Kathy Kowalski, who were just genuinely nice and patient and helpful despite the fact that my late schedule made their schedule late. Either way, working with Lake Norman CJDR was the best car buying experience I've had. Thank you Ed, Jeff, Qwame, Kathy, Cory and every one at Lake Norman CJDR. I do hope Chrysler takes good care of these representatives. In the auto industry, they are priceless. And that is the real deal! More
