God lead me to Lake Norman Jeep Dodge not to only get a new vehicle, but to learn about the ins and outs of getting a car, and the importance of vehicle knowledge! I had a Dodge Charger that I purchased from a different dealership in 2009. I was young, and just wanted "My Dream Car" at that time. I didn't know about , nor cared about interest rates, and basic knowledge of OWNING a vehicle. I didn't realize how this major purchase would effect my life drastically. In 2011, my vehicle was totaled. My"DREAM CAR" was gone, and my new car journey began. I never looked at car buying the same. I went to several dealerships the service was inconsiderate, and conniving. Having so-so credit didn't help my situation of seeking a new vehicle. Many places just wasn't truthful with me about my chances of new car. The dealerships I been to was misleading. So coming to Lake Norman Jeep Dodge, I was very hesitant and had my guard up. I did some research on line, and read reviews from people who purchased vehicles from lake Norman, and everybody was pleased. I called and spoke to Mr.Willie Brown. Truthfully , my first conversation I was stern and to the point. I been haggled, and had bad encounters with sales persons at dealerships before so I wasn't so friendly! Mr.Brown was honest, and didn't beat around the bush with me. He shared with me ways to build my credit. He didn't sell me a dream or a perfect scenario of a person with perfect credit. He told me the God honest truth, and didn't waste his, nor my time! I told him I wanted a Dodge Challenger, and he showed me the way to get the car I wanted without any lies or misleading information. I didn't get a Challenger then. I did get a brand new 2013 Chrysler 200. This was a sharp car, but not the car I wanted. In two years time, I took Mr.Willie's advise on cleaning my credit. In these two years Mr. Willie called me every Tuesday. Every Tuesday he would check on me, and check to see what progress I made towards getting my credit together. He just wasn't a person trying to sell a car. He was a person caring about my happiness in a vehicle that I wanted. I now own a 2014 Dodge Challenger. I got the car I wanted. I have have the payment, and interest rate at a great price. I'm super happy that Mr.Willie's advised and dedication lead me to getting that car that I wanted. I love telling people about the great service, and honesty , and integrity that the employees all have at Lake Norman. I have been blessed to met Mr.Willie. Jamie was awesome! I called him before our arrival and told him we were on a tight time schedule. When we got there the brand new Jeep was hand washed, cleaned and ready for us to take it for a test drive told him we were on a tight time schedule. I had the pleasure of working with Willie Brown and my experience from start to finish was exceptional. I never once felt pressured when i visited the dealership. It was extremely cold on the night i te experience from start to finish was exceptional. I never once felt pressured when i visited the dealership. It was extremely cold on the night i test drove my new 2012 Hyundai Genesis but Willie was patient and heated the car up before taking me out to drive it. He was thorough and asked for everything they needed and I didn't have to keep going back and forth as with other dealerships who need this, then that. My 7 year old was treated nicely too and she wasn't even buying LOL. When we came to pick up the vehicle we were met by the most friendly and knowledgeable Finance Manager Ever --- Christina Bartolotta is a ROCK STAR. She had everything ready for me to sign on the dotted line and I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes it may have been less if i wasn't talking her head off LOL. I dealt with Tyrii the title clerk to get the tags switched over and with NC's new rule of combined vehicle renewal with property tax she made it less confusing with no headache of dealing with DMV.
