2 years ago, I had a horrible experience with my local Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge dealership. I then drove an additional 35-40 miles to Lake Norman. Mark greeted me with a great attitude and the rest is history…. In just a very short time, I drove of of the lot in my brand new RT Challenger. This was a great experience – Mark was easy to work with, as was the entire staff. (I actually went by the local dealer a few days later to let the Sales Manager know that he missed the sale and would probably not have the opportunity to ever sell me anything other than oil changes in the future) Fast forward to last weekend. I decided to trade my car on a truck. I was once again greeted by Mark (I called the day prior to make sure he was going to be in) – he showed me only what I was interested in, educated me on trip package differences, etc, and before you know it we were making a deal. Once again Mark and the rest of the crew at Lake Norman did a great job. I could just as easily saved myself the 70 – 80 miles of driving by going to my local dealer, but did not. Everyone has the same vehicles to offer…………. Customer service and overall experience are what a dealership is really selling, and I am sold on Mark and Lake Norman Chrysler. So - Why have I given such a good review? Simple - I got great service from a friendly staff and for the 2nd time, I am happy with my new Dodge product. I am sure that when I am ready for another ride, Mark & Lake Norman will be my 1st call. More

I like the fact that the salesmen are not doing a relay race to get to the customer. I opened the door and the lady that sits at the front desk immediately asked if she could help me, not one time but every time I went there. This dealership has truely set the standard for which others need to follow. If they say they are going to do something, that is exactly what they do. I can not imagine ever going to another place. Oh yeah, the car is awesome. I brought a 2012 Chysler 200. It is fantastic!! Even if you dont plan to buy a car there (which you should)go there just to see how you should be treated and appreciated when you spend your hard earned money because they are truely the model dealership!!! After going to TIm Marburger in concord and getting turned away, I had pretty much given up on the hopes of a new car. Randy told my fiancé that they work with people with bad credit and was more than happy to have us come in and try to get me in a new car. I can't even explain how nice not only Randy was to us but also Scott and Amanda the finance manager. They worked so hard to get me my new car. Randy stayed after hours twice so that I could test drive and fill out paper work since I lived an hour away. We were told at Tim Marburger that they let our enquirery "slip through the cracks". It was a good thing because I can reassure you there arent any nicer people than at Lake Norman Chrysler. Normally I hate going to a dealership due to being stalked and pressured. In this case Brian introduced himself and after a brief conversation let me walk the lot freely and would answer any questions afterwards. Afterwards, Brian answered every question accurately and honestly and every request for information was delivered beyond my expectations. During a visit the following day my salesman, Brian, was occupied with another customer so another salesman temporarily stepped in and gave me 100% dedication as if he was the primary salesman. The atmosphere was very casual and professional without high pressure tactics. I found the sales finance and service teams all to be genuinly working towards the best interest of the dealership. I would have no problem recommending or purchasing from LNCJD. Ultimately my high level of satisfaction can be measured through my recent discussions about possibly purchasing a 2nd vehicle with LNCJD. More
