I have purchased a number of vehicles from Lake Norman Chrysler over the last 7 years. And have referred a number of friends who have since become loyal customers of Lake Norman Chrysler. Yesterday I purchased my Dodge truck and as usual my salesman Willie Brown took the best possible care of my wife and i during our purchase process. Willie is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles he sells. He is also very patient and understanding of everyones different needs. Brian Kanabroski took care of the finacing process of our purchase and Brian was also exremely knowlegable and professional during this process, he went out of his way to make the process easy. And last but not least Mr. Jack Salzman who owns the dealership is very involved in his dealerships day to day business. Mr. Salzman is very approachable which is very rare in todays business world. I applaud Lake Norman Chrysler for their honesty, attitude and their very real concern for the buyer. Due to these individuals my wife and i will be purchasing another new vehicle in about a month, cant wait! Cant to any better the Lake Norman Chrysler....Thank You Frank and Anna Oddo More

I am a USAA member and they worked hard to ensure that I received the best deal possible in my upside down vehicle situation. I was so impressed with the deals and the service I purchased two vehicles at the same time. If things continue to go in this directions I suggest that the other CJD dealers in the surrounding area close down. They'd better hope that this secret does not get out. I had shopped the new Hedricks CJD, formerly Tim Marburger, and Stateline before visiting and they could not touch Lake Norman. Mark and Amanda just made the experience that much better. More

This was our second car buying experience from Lake Norman dealership. Chris was a great and pleasant person to work with. He doesn't push or pressure you to buy. I agree with the others that this dealership do put customers in their best interest and making car buying an enjoyable experience. I drove by the dealership 2 weeks ago and fell in love with the new Dodge Charger. I really liked the Hemi as well. I was a little concerned though because I have a lot of student loans and medical bill with the new Dodge Charger. I really liked the Hemi as well. I was a little concerned though because I have a lot of student loans and medical bills and I didn't think I could get financing for the vehicle I wanted. The company I work for had already rejected my credit application due to my student loans. During my visit, the salesmen respected my desire to be left alone and I didn't speak with anyone that day. After leaving the lot I still couldn't forget the Charger so last Saturday I submitted a finance application online and called the dealership Monday to give them additional details. I quickly learned that Mark and Amanda were working my deal and Amanda even called me to ask a few questions. She said she would let me know what the finance company says. I tell you- it literally took them less than 2 hours to confirm everything and call me with good news. Amanda had called the finance company personally, got them to waive some of their requests, and they financed my new black, 2012 Dodge Charger RT. And I even got my Hemi, my sunroof and the spoiler I wanted. Mark and Amanda made it simple, stress free and QUICK to get into a new car - even with credit issues. So by 5:00pm I was rushing to pick up the kids and was heading to the dealership to close the deal. When I pulled up there was a big red bow on the hood of my new car. Mark and Amanda met me at the front and within an hour Mark had walked me through the car features, I had signed all the docs with Amanda, and Mark had the car detailed and ready to go. I thought I would have time to step away and eat, and ended up rushing back because everything was so quick. Thanks so much Mark and Amanda for making a normally stressful experience simple, quick and pleasant. I'm still in awe at how easy it was to get into my new car. BTW- You can't imagine how much of a conversation starter a new car can be. I've met more people in 20 hours than I have all month. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Mark and Amanda. Especially those who are rebuilding their credit or frustrated with other pushy salesmen. Thanks for all the help!!!! You have a new loyal customer! More
