You HAVE to ask for WILLIE BROWN!!! I have not purchased a new car in many years-- I drive them til they drop-- and mine had dropped! After checking out local dealers just to look around, and even checking with CarMax, I came home worried and concerned. I was taken aback by new the model designs, teeny size, and most of all the prices! After praying and looking online for a couple of days, checking Consumer Reports and reading reviews and other "homework" that I do when making a major purchase; and after getting some "TrueCar" online quotes, was thinking I wanted to know more about the Jeep Wrangler. Lake Norman CJDR's representative, Mark, was the only one of the four TrueCar dealerships quoted, that was very quick to call me, answer questions, and invite me to come look! His call made me feel comfortable and encouraged and I got a wild hair and decided to drive the hour to get there! When I got there, Mark was busy helping another customer, but he immediately asked Mr. Willie Brown to help me. Mind you, it was 90+ degrees outside about 3pm in the afternoon on Mother's Day! I typically have really despised salesmen, and only wished them to honestly answer my questions and not hover over me or pressure me. I still wasn't really sure whether I was just looking for something to change my mind, or if I would buy. Mr. Willie Brown was just what I needed! He was unassuming, not pushy, desperate and annoying! It was very clear that he wanted to HELP me, regardless of whether or not he made a sale! He was very knowledgeable, honest and informative about the products and purchase options, and additionally so personable, realistic, respectful, kind, patient, and accommodating, that he helped ease all my fears and concerns. Indeed, I felt secure enough to KNOW I was making the right decision. He went the extra mile in every way and now I am very happy with my new Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited! He was a stranger when I met him, but as his true heart shined through, I couldn't help but hug him when we were done! He is still checking to see if I have any questions or concerns or need anything! I really don't think you can learn his kind of empathy and heart in any of the canned sales training classes-- he cares about people first, and commission just happens! I will definitely make sure I go out of my way to purchase our next vehicle from him! More

From the moment I walked in the door through the entire process, everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. The majority of my dealings were with Brian Cramer who worked with me to get what I truly feel was the best deal on a new 2014 Wrangler. He wasn't pushy or overbearing...he just listened and responded to my needs. I was very impressed with patience in dealing with a first time buyer who really didn't have a great understanding of the system. He made it simple and easy to understand and talked me through the whole thing. After my purchase...I had some further dealings with both Brian and A.J. in the service department and again both were extraordinarily helpful. There was some service work to be done on the vehicle per my purchase agreement (swap out tops, install side steps, etc.) and they communicated very clearly the process and timeline...making it easy to schedule drop-offs and pick-ups. Further more, the soft top they installed had a small tear in it that I probably would not have noticed expect they were kind enough to point it out and offer to order me a brand new one. Overall, the team members I dealt with at Lake Norman CDJ were outstanding and made the process of purchasing my new car fun and enjoyable (which is how it should be after all.) If I could give them more stars in their rating I would...and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone shopping for a new or used car. New Chrysler Purchase - Great Service From Start To Finish! I just bought a new 2014 Chrysler 300, with Craig Shane as my salesman, and it made for a perfect car buying experience! I had made a cold call to Cr I just bought a new 2014 Chrysler 300, with Craig Shane as my salesman, and it made for a perfect car buying experience! I had made a cold call to Craig so he knew I was coming, and was outside to greet me before I even pulled up! I had been thinking in terms of buying a one- or two-year old Chrysler, but he sugggested a new Chrysler, for not much more money. It was an excellent suggestion, and very good advice! He then showed me the different cars in stock and explained their specific features in a very thorough, and much appreciated, manner, and from where I decided on which car to purchase, assuming we could work out the financial side of things. Then the financial discussion went very smoothly, easily and efficiently. I had already done some pricing research on my turn-in vehicle, and had in mind what I was more or less prepared to pay. Before indicating to Craig what pricing I had in mind, he said what LNC was pricing the proposed new car at. I then showed him my figures, we quickly and easily settled on a figure between the two which was agreeable to both me and LNC, and the deal was done! Then from there, Craig quickly arranged to have the car prepped so that I could drive it away, with me returning the next day with the title and papers on my turn-in. Once again, when I returned, Craig was right there before I even parked my turn-in car, and he and the others of the LNC staff had already taken care of all the paperwork. The whole deal then was completed in no time at all, with LNC taking care of the (SC) registration, taxes and insurance and other paperwork involved. Then from there, Craig did a very fine job of showing me the various specific features of my new 2014 Chrysler 300, had the gas tank filled, and so off I went in my fine new motorcar, the whole thing exceedingly well done, with the best service from start to finish! I then drove my new car down to Pawleys Island for the weekend, and it performed perfectly in every respect! The end result was that things couldn't have worked out any better from start to finish, and Thank You Craig and all your associates at Lake Norman Chrysler for a really great job and my fine new car!
