She handled explaining our financing options and warranty. She was nice as well. Overall, our experiece was top knotch. The only complaint that I have is while Christina was explaining the financing and warranties, she kept saying "pretty simple, right?" I'm not sure if that is a habit but it does make the customer feel like it really should be that simple to understand if you don't, your not that bright. More
