Brian never pressured me to make a purchase, live above my means, or put me in a car I did not really like. For this being my first car buying experience, I have absolutely no complaints. I was able to stay in my budget and drive away in a car that I love. I bought a brand new 2014 Jeep Patriot and I could not be happier with my purchase. Instead of receiving an amazing customer experience much like I have read before, the Sales staff was rude, did not return phone calls like they said they would, and after calling the general manager of the dealership, he was extremely rude to me and told me that they refuse to sell me a car. I have never heard of or experienced anything like it ever. Please take this as a caution, they told me word for word "We sell 250 cars a month, we don't need your business". This message is for the dealership, thank you for making me feel like you don't care about the people who have gone and served so that you can have the freedoms that you have now. Jamie Walling greeted us and showed us the models that we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep and its features. We decided to lease the Jeep that day. We appreciated that he was not a "pushy" salesman. While we waited for the paperwork to be completed he gave us a tour of the facility. He even introduced us the service department staff. Tracy is great to deal with We went in 3 times to test drive the Jeep Cherokee. We looked at the Highlander, Santa Fe & Pilot. WOW!! I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My journey began half way around the world in the Middle East while on militar I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My journey began half way around the world in the Middle East while on military duty. I contacted Lake Norman Dodge via the internet and was greeted by Mark Mosayebi through USAA. I explained that I would be home on leave shortly and would only have a couple of days to search for a vehicle. When I met Mark at the dealership, I was impressed by his professionalism and humbled by his true regard for the Military veterans. I felt like an honored guest with him!!!! He was well prepared with all my requests that I made in advance. He was also very thorough.So much so, I was driving off the lot in my new awesome Ram, in a little less than two hours. Mark then introduced me to Andrew Sciranko the advisor of the service dept. Andrew sat down with me and explained how service works at the dealership and wanted to know if I had any special needs.
