I walked in the front door and was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk that located Carey. He was expecting my arrival and was very prompt on getting my information and then I took my test drive. His product knowledge was outstanding, he answered all of my questions and demonstrated all of the Ram's features. I feel Carey helped me get the best deal on my new Ram 1500. From the minute we test drove our Jeep (yes, we bought it) to the minute we drove out of the parking lot, we had an exceptional experience. Poor car salesmen usually have a stigma attached to them; not at Lake Norman Chrysler! Instead of feeling like we had just had a "root canal" at a previous dealership, we came away from Lake Norman Chrysler like we had just had a "spa-like" experience.
