The only drawback to the process is the free tires and oil changes for life are a little difficult due to me living in Ohio.(not transfererable up here) I have inlaws in SC so we will schedule our trips around that. Fortunatly the only negative I have is, that Ohio has a front tag requirement and NC does not so I currently have no where to hang my tag! Have had no replies to, 2 emails pertaining to what should have been included on my bumper. I will drive down and pick it up so you can save shipping. Brian certainly isn't going to get rich selling cars to me, but he worked with me for several months looking for the right combination of features my wife and I were interested in having in the vehicle. Ultimately, he located the van at another dealership and had it delivered. We had discussed price and after the several months of looking, we were able to get some rebates that weren't available earlier that even made the deal more attractive.
