Bad experience with salesman I bought my Jeep from this dealership due to the "Lake Norman Advantage" they offer. My initial contact with the sales department was great. Upon arri I bought my Jeep from this dealership due to the "Lake Norman Advantage" they offer. My initial contact with the sales department was great. Upon arriving for my scheduled meeting to see the Jeeps on the lot and complete a test drive I learned I would not be able to work with Mark since he was off but instead Ed Lucas. From beginning to end it was a terrible experience. Ed was rude referring to me as honey/sweetheart and my dad as pops the entire time. To me this is immensely disrespectful. I would ask a question and he would laugh. He was arrogant and condescending throughout the entire process. He was aggressive throughout the negotiation of price and did not even shake our hands, tell us thank you, or walk us to the door on our way out after a deal was made. He instead went back to playing on his phone as he was doing when we arrived. He behaved as though he was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase the Jeep. I was also told a specific date I could pick up my Jeep and when that date changed I was not notified. Instead I called the dealership and got yelled at by Ed over the phone when asking why the date changed. I spoke with the manager that was very understanding and helpful yet when I arrived to pick up my Jeep the following day I was once again working with Ed after I had requested someone new. I ultimately bought my Jeep from this location due to the convenience of it's location and the Lake Norman Advantage as well as the good reviews I read about their service department. I hate to think Ed made any commission off the sale of the Jeep because he certainly did not deserve it. More

Mark saved the day when i called him and he showed why 17 years in sales was worth working with. He's s stand up guy and he took care of the process from beginning to end while we went on a vacation. When I came back the truck was not only ready but It had a huge red ribbon on it and a young lady (my wife) completely surprised and amazed at what she had been blessed with. THERE WERE NO " VULTURES" TO BE FOUND. We were greeted by a receptionist inside who promptly called Brian Cramer, who helped us find the car we wanted.
