Great buying experience at Lake Norman CJDR! I had not purchased a vehicle in a while (at least 10 years). I started researching online and narrowed down my choice to two different SUVs; one bei I had not purchased a vehicle in a while (at least 10 years). I started researching online and narrowed down my choice to two different SUVs; one being a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Once I decided I wanted to see the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, I then researched all Jeep dealerships in and around Charlotte. I was contacted by at least four dealerships. I chose to take my business to Lake Norman for a few reasons, but primarily because of the way Mark Mosayebi conducted business. He initiated contact, and then specified that he had the exact model I was interested in, and then waited until I made contact again. He never forced a "sales pitch" on me. Once at the dealership, Mark was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Again, he really let the vehicle speak for itself. I also received a good deal on the car, and Mark along with the other financing members of Lake Norman CJDR made the overall experience pain free. This was easily the most pain free car buying experience I have had. I feel like I am now going to be a loyal customer going forward. It is also noted that the icing on the cake was the Lake Norman Advantage! More
