It was a pleasure to work with Mark Mosayebi. He was very friendly and immediately was able to relate to me in that he loved the town I am from and so we had something in common. I am very pleased with the Jeep I chose and will definitely be back to Lake Norman Dodge Jeep. Mark is an excellen tsalesman and he never once tried to push me into anything. The decision was totally mine but he was thorough in letting me know complete info about each model. Mark is an asset to your company and I will ask for him in the future. I would have given the overall rating a"Great" rating but I felt as though the finance man, Brian Kanabroski , though he was very knowledgable in his work and worked to get me out as quickly as possible, seemed to be short with me. Several times when I was talking to him or asking him a question he butted in and cut me off. He seemed to me to be irritated that he was having to do his job and that he was doing me a favor to wait on me. I mean I was spending close to 40,000 dollars at his place of business and he wasn't happy for me. Next time I would appreciate another finance man to close the deal. More

It's simple! I went in knowing I wanted to own a dodge charger. I was planning on going for a test drive and wait a few weeks to decide if I liked it enough or to get more information to be sure it dodge charger. I walked in and one guy passed me off to Randy. I formed an option that this would be the dealership I wouldn't buy from. But since I was there I wanted my test drive. I told Randy I was online and seen the car I wanted to checkout and I was there to check it out and test drive. On that test drive I got all the info about the car I needed. I didn't get a car that night. One of the reasons I didn't wait a few weeks is Randy was knowledgable about all the features. And most of all I didn't feel like a TRANSACTION. My husband was very interested in purchasing a Chrysler 300 sometime in the future. I was not to interested in this vehicle but I went with him on February 3rd to take a closer look. Little did we know that we would be purchasing not just one vehicle but two. A Chrysler 300c for my husband and a Chrysler 200 convertible for me. Jay approached us when we walked into the dealership and his comfortable approach and his great sense of humor won us over. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible and at no time did we feel pressured to do anything we were not comfortable with. He even came in on his day off to help us purchase a vehicle for me. Once we made a decision Brian quickly did the financing paperwork and got us out of there in less than an hour.
