Wonderful Experience! Mark is the Best! I purposely passed several Chrysler dealerships on the way to Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. I did this, because you honestly cannot beat the quality of wonderful sales staff. In particular salesman Mark Mosayebi. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I, in particular, was a difficult customer and very picky! He made sure to search for hours for exactly what I was wanting and never became aggravated or impatient with me in the least bit. Car salesman tend to have a bit of a bad reputation, but Mark proves to be one-in-a-million and disproves that reputation in its entirety. He made sure I knew how to properly control each part of my new vehicle and was even able to add personal knowledge from his own experiences. Even after purchasing the car, he made sure I made it home in the adverse weather conditions and quickly answered any questions that arose after my purchase. He was recommended to me and I, myself would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle! More
