Tony was willing to run out in the rain to grab any car I wanted to test drive on a dreary and cold evening. He was very knowledgeable about my current car (2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT 6) and the new one I wanted to test drive on a dreary and cold evening. He listened and advised me about options, payment and trade-in values. When I spoke with him the next day he was able to rework some numbers for me quickly based on money down and other factors. He was able to work with his manager very fast to confirm rebates being offered, the total sum I would pay for the car and the trade-in value. Christina is awesome. She told me up front about some credit things going on that I was not yet fully aware of as they had just happened this month. She did not run my credit immediately and waited for me to be ready for her to contact the bank. She pushed the bank around to get a good interest rate for me and she has a perfect sense of humor as well. Not only did we work well together on the same page about the options available to me (what she recommended/would do if she were buying the car), we had a fun time for an hour and half signing paperwork. She stayed late to make sure that she was the person who took care of me! That's above the call of duty! More

Does anyone actually ENJOY car shopping? I didn't think so until I went to Lake Norman Chrysler. I knew there were only 2 models of Jeep I was interested in and went by the dealership solely to see think so until I went to Lake Norman Chrysler. Brian Cramer assisted me the minute I pulled into the parking lot and, a few hours later, I was driving home in my new 2013 Jeep Patriot Limited. The dealership and property itself are immaculate. They have a ton of inventory! Brian seriously took into consideration how much I was looking to spend and showed me the appropriate vehicles, explained options that would increase price, etc. Naturally, I fell in love with a vehicle that came equipped with about every option available, already installed. Brian made sure every detail of the car, warranties, my trade in, and financing options were outlined clearly for me. I also worked with Brian Kanabroski for my financing. He provided me with the same superior service as Brian Cramer. Both of them worked diligently to guarantee I was satisfied with every aspect of my new vehicle and the process.
