I had a few misunderstandings regarding my '08 Jeep Wrangler rear window. After given a substantially higher quote than what was previously discussed I decided not to get the window. I came back after a long rough day to pick my Jeep up, where I found it soaked due to a large storm. I just wanted to leave but Robin ensured me that something could be done to make my experience at Lake Norman Jeep at least half-way enjoyable. After he listened to me calmly vent, he asked what year my vehicle was and walked away. To my surprise, he came back with a brand new window still in the box!! He then said that this was the least he could do for all of my troubles, which had nothing to do with him in the first place. Beyond the clarification issues that I originally had, and the random monsoon that soaked my Jeep; my overall experience at Lake Norman Jeep and with Robin Robinette was very enjoyable and I will definitely be returning because of their friendly personality and willingness to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy.
