Great service environment, I waited over 2 hours for new tires to be placed on my vehicle when an appointment was made in advance. Not sure what was the delay. The staff and buying process were easy but we found several small issues with the vehicle that shouldn’t have happened. They let us drive off the lot with one tire low on air pressure, the salesman several small issues with the vehicle that shouldn’t have happened. They let us drive off the lot with one tire low on air pressure, the salesman cleared the error prior to us testing the car so we didn’t see it until we left the lot. There was a loose bolt on the undercarriage that caused the car to rattle if you drove over 35 mph for a few minutes. I don’t fault them on this one because I can understand only testing it in town and you wouldn’t have know unless you drove on the freeway. The last is that the bolt for the windshield wipers was loose and if you operated them at all the collided and the passenger side would get stuck in the middle. These were all easy fixes I did myself but it makes me wonder what kind of inspection process they have for vehicles. Overall it was still a good experience otherwise I would have rated lower. More

The experience started off very awkwardly. I had never been to this dealership before and didn’t know the process for intake. Without much explantation, I followed along. Five (5) stars for all services from purchase to scheduled and unscheduled service. However, be very aware that the WARRANTY policies contain verbiage that ALL WORK must be PRE-APPROVED or the warra scheduled and unscheduled service. However, be very aware that the WARRANTY policies contain verbiage that ALL WORK must be PRE-APPROVED or the warranty company will NOT PAY. I learned this the hard way 600 miles from home with a run flat tire that was damaged and needed to be replaced. I am out nearly $800 for the tire because I did not CALL the warranty company from the road while running on no air pressure limping up the interstate for 108 miles at 45mph to the only Dodge dealer in the Cincinatti area (Jake Sweeney dodge) and ask for PRE-APPROVAL! I told the dealer that I had a Warranty...but they could not find it in the computer system. Later when asked if they would file a claim and refund me from the proceeds...I was informed that was too much work. This debacle would not have happened at my Lake Norman CDJR as their service is excellent. BE CAREFUL OF YOUR WARRANTY LANGUAGE. Bill Sweeney More
