I asked for a tire rotation while I had my car in for an oil change. Upon returning Kelley said they did not rotate the tires because I was in need of new tires. She said it would be a waste of money. She oil change. Upon returning Kelley said they did not rotate the tires because I was in need of new tires. She said it would be a waste of money. She could have called me and asked. I wanted them rotated. Also they were doing a ##point inspection. Cool. But they didn't check my tire pressure and I had to go and fill up my tires myself. Please do what you say you are going to do (tire pressure) and call if you think I don't need something that I wanted done (tire rotation). More
