Very good result to a very bad situation - Jeep transmission died (42000 miles) while on vacation. Chuck Conner and the Service team performed miracles and (1) got a new transmission (it was the on transmission died (42000 miles) while on vacation. We feared that the car would be in NC for weeks awaiting a transmission. The team got it fixed and we got it back in less than 2 weeks. More
