It took 3 full days to service my vehicle. They emailed me with an estimate but the email was incorrect. No one followed up with me to see if I received the email. I brought my Durango in for an oil change and the very next week my oil was leaking. I literally waited 3 hours before I had to ask about my vehicle then another 30 minutes for them to let me know what w next week my oil was leaking. I literally waited 3 hours before I had to ask about my vehicle then another 30 minutes for them to let me know what was happening. Meanwhile at least 6 customers came in after me and left before me. The service was terrible. Previous to them moving to the current location I never had customer service problems. The fact that I waited hours and so many people came in had their vehicles serviced and left and I didn’t get a word was disappointing! More
