It seemed very unorganized while I was there. I waited for quite awhile before I was helped for a scheduled service appointment and then when I received a text that my vehicle was ready I again h I waited for quite awhile before I was helped for a scheduled service appointment and then when I received a text that my vehicle was ready I again had to wait forever to be helped only for the employee that helped me to have to hunt down my keys and receipt because the girl that helped me originally was nowhere to be found. My tires also had less air in them when I left than they did when I arrived. Once my 4 free services are up I will likely go elsewhere. More

Mike and Brayden at Carolina Customs are literally the most amazing guys to work with. The Jeep I brought in is one of 4 that I currently own and one of approx 12 I've owned in my adult life.
