Wasn’t told about new location over the phone. Was told I didn’t need appt for oil change but when I arrived I was asked for my appt time. Took 4 hours for oil change. Three instances in 1 week resulting in little or no customer service. 1) website chat conversation with rep with no follow up response as promised 2) in person service rep in service area said system w customer service. 1) website chat conversation with rep with no follow up response as promised 2) in person service rep in service area said system was down and she could not do anything at all to help me or even schedule an appointment 2) it took 2 1/2 hours of waiting in customer seating area tell me that the 45 minute bulb change could not be completed as promised and that I should pick up the car the next day More
