Ended up taking car to another shop, where mechanic EASILY removed bolts, rotated tires, and installed WAY more affordable new bolts that I purchased at parts store. You guys are usually top notch. This is my third car I've bought from LKN. Said I would get a call from the director and that was two weeks ago. Still have note heard anything from them. Not happy with the initiative to resolve the error that was done on their part. More
