The Buyers order was set, financing arrangements set, Gary TEXTS!!) We had been working a few days on purchasing a 2022 BMW X5 from this dealership. The Buyers order was set, financing arrangements set, Gary told me he had the keys in his pocket and we had a deal he and he was busy with a sale he would get with me to wrap up details in about an hour. Sadly those were just words... About an hour to two later, I received a text that said: ((Sorry that the vehicle have been sold..)) I questioned what he had told me- (We had a deal and the keys were in the pocket!).. I received absolutely no response.. He had no words to reply apparently.. I would not recommend using this saleman... I am not saying the rest of the dealership is dishonest or disloyal.. But I would stay clear of Gary Whitbeck... Hopefully you can find another sales associate there that stands by their word. I never want and don't like to write a negative review, unless it is truly something people should be aware of. As a business owner myself, I know it is very easy for people to write negatives instead of a positives. But when it is a Just and True experience that is when people do need to know what they are getting.. I do want to let people know my experience with a individual.
