I'm satisfied with our new purchase from a competitor. We looked at an internet discount deal from Lake Norman on the base Grand Cherokee L Laredo at $39,566 drive an hour wanting the vehicle. It wasn't there and Willie said that we didn't get Any of the advertised discounts including the $4,000 from Chrysler and quoted a $47,000 price And offer $4,000-$5,000 less than market trade in price for our 2020 jeep As far as the $39,566 advertised Grand Cherokee L Laredo I had chatted with Arianna and she said the Laredo was there that's why we came the Lake Norman to buy Service that we got from Randy Marion in Salisbury NC I called the dealership and asked if they had any Grand Cherokee L Laredo that they could price match and they said they would have to compare apples to apples So on the way home at 8:45 PM I pulled up to Randy Marion Dodge /Jeep in Salisbury NC to just show them the advertised jeep from Lake Norman The end result (service with a smile) we drove an upgraded Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited all leather and add-ons after they closed for the night around 9:30PM and at 11PM Friday night we drove home with our New Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited The Service was at Randy Marion Dodge/Jeep over and beyond And they offered us $5000 more for our trade without us having to haggle because it IS a fair market trade in. Randy Marion Salisbury is only 20 minutes away But I don't mind going an hour for a good dealership or service because I bought my Corvette from City Chevrolet in Charlotte and that's an hour away also I hope that Lake Norman cares more than they showed ME Word of mouth goes a long way in business
