Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. ($130). They gave me an appraisal on my truck. I was considering trading. (70k miles on a Dodge is scary). An hour later the truck wouldn't start and ($130). They gave me an appraisal on my truck. I was considering trading. (70k miles on a Dodge is scary). An hour later the truck wouldn't start and made a loud popping sound. The rear view camera wouldn't work. Called the store and they said "have it towed in and we will diagnose for $180". 180? Are you kidding me ? It was just there. Their " world class multi point inspection" didn't indicate a bad battery when they tested it, but they claim there is no way it's related. How can they know without looking at it? Bottom line went to Auto Zone for a new battery ... The old one tested dead dead dead. All better for $200. Just annoying this wasn't picked up by their inspection and immediately dismissed as unrelated. Not only will I never service there again, but I ain't buying no car or truck there either! More

Overall, I'm very pleased with the work that is performed by the mechanics. The part was ordered, installed, and works wonderfully. The only problem I have encountered on a couple of ocassions is the discon by the mechanics. The part was ordered, installed, and works wonderfully. The only problem I have encountered on a couple of ocassions is the disconnect between the sales person taking the Jeep and relaying the information to the mechanics. For instance, I asked to have the Jeep inspected while there and they never told the people in the shop. I would like to see better communication between the front desk, the customer, and the mechanics. I don't know the service lady's name, I didn't get a card or a receipt upon pick up. More
