When I begin a relationship with a dealership, I expect people to be as honest as I am. I am always disappointed when I meet people like the sales manager who can’t appreciate honesty nor can he respect m people to be as honest as I am. But I spoke up because I’m honest. That being said, I also didn’t want it financed in the deal and to pay separate. But was my request honored? No. I had to go through paperwork yet again. As a business owner, listening to my customers is extremely important if I plan to keep them. Maybe in the car business it doesn’t matter. I don’t own a car dealership so I don’t know. But I am disappointed in my experience here. Especially when I drive from 2 states away. Heard enough? I think not. I have problems with the car before I leave the state but when I call, Whitney tells me to take it to the dealership in Georgia when I haven’t even passed your dealership. I understand now. You want me to purchase and that’s where the service ends here? I see clearly and will pass that along. More
