The work on my vehicle was great but the lack of communication and getting back with customers phone call is terrible. A promised discount not given then had to go back to dealership just to have di communication and getting back with customers phone call is terrible. A promised discount not given then had to go back to dealership just to have discount provided then revoked now dispute is placed with company for a promise of a discount. Appointment made earlier in week and then parts not available the day of service which withheld vehicle being ready to pick up earlier in the day which impacted schedule for my day without use of vehicle. Good thing was they did drive vehicle to home when work finally completed at 6 pm when vehicle was dropped off at 8 that morning. New location is terrible and not easy to get to as previous shop. Will be using different shop in future. Do better with communication with customer and have better integrity with keeping your word and giving discount as said before work began on vehicle. More
