Five (5) stars for all services from purchase to scheduled and unscheduled service. However, be very aware that the WARRANTY policies contain verbiage that ALL WORK must be PRE-APPROVED or the warra scheduled and unscheduled service. However, be very aware that the WARRANTY policies contain verbiage that ALL WORK must be PRE-APPROVED or the warranty company will NOT PAY. I learned this the hard way 600 miles from home with a run flat tire that was damaged and needed to be replaced. I am out nearly $800 for the tire because I did not CALL the warranty company from the road while running on no air pressure limping up the interstate for 108 miles at 45mph to the only Dodge dealer in the Cincinatti area (Jake Sweeney dodge) and ask for PRE-APPROVAL! I told the dealer that I had a Warranty...but they could not find it in the computer system. Later when asked if they would file a claim and refund me from the proceeds...I was informed that was too much work. This debacle would not have happened at my Lake Norman CDJR as their service is excellent. BE CAREFUL OF YOUR WARRANTY LANGUAGE. Bill Sweeney More
