The staff and buying process were easy but we found several small issues with the vehicle that shouldn’t have happened. They let us drive off the lot with one tire low on air pressure, the salesman several small issues with the vehicle that shouldn’t have happened. They let us drive off the lot with one tire low on air pressure, the salesman cleared the error prior to us testing the car so we didn’t see it until we left the lot. There was a loose bolt on the undercarriage that caused the car to rattle if you drove over 35 mph for a few minutes. I don’t fault them on this one because I can understand only testing it in town and you wouldn’t have know unless you drove on the freeway. The last is that the bolt for the windshield wipers was loose and if you operated them at all the collided and the passenger side would get stuck in the middle. These were all easy fixes I did myself but it makes me wonder what kind of inspection process they have for vehicles. Overall it was still a good experience otherwise I would have rated lower. More
