I brought my Durango in for an oil change and the very next week my oil was leaking. I literally waited 3 hours before I had to ask about my vehicle then another 30 minutes for them to let me know what w next week my oil was leaking. The service was terrible. Previous to them moving to the current location I never had customer service problems. The fact that I waited hours and so many people came in had their vehicles serviced and left and I didn’t get a word was disappointing! More

The first few experiences were a little difficult when our car was called in for a recall and there was not a rental ready for me even though it had been set up.
