I was disappointed with the overall service. When I arrived I had to wait ten minutes for someone to even engage me. There was no one at the counter. The text with the assessment arrived as I was driving away. Also, I was text that my car was ready and when I came to the service desk I was I had to wait for the woman who was “checking” out my car. I waited nearly 15 minutes. I can appreciate when things are busy I need to wait but the service center was not busy. I was really disappointed in the service and may seek a dealership closer to me moving forward. More
