My. Jeep was serviced at Steve White for oil change and alt battery inop. When they changed out my radio, the backup camera became intermittent. They stated the my oversized tire on my tire rack stretched out my camera cable. They insisted to fix the problem, I would have to replace the complete wiring harness. ($850.00 plus labor to fix the problem they created). Lake Norman service dept determined the problem was the radio that Steve White installed. They took care of it and it now working well. Even though it’s an hour drive for me I will use Lake Norman service dept going forward. More
