In December 2022 we had a water pump replaced. Two days later we had to return to the dealer because it was leaking anti freeze. To compensate for our troubles, the dealer provided two free oil changes. In March of 2024 we had to return the car to the dealer because the water pump was leaking. Either a defective part or poor workmanship. While at the dealer, they provided a report indicating the need to immediately replace the radiator and engine mounts. We did not have that work done at the dealer, and took it to an independent repair shop. The shop did a pressure test on the radiator and found no problems. They also found engine mounts to have normal wear. Clearly, the dealer was trying to sell us repairs not required. I will tell anyone who listens to avoid Lake Norman Jeep and will not take my vehicle there again. More
