Went to CDJR of Lake Norman to test drive a jeep.Sale man asked if they could look at my Jeep to see what they would give for a trade. I handed over my keys & went on a test drive. Got back & told the sales rep I liked the Jeep but not going to purchase today, I wanted time to think it over and asked for my keys. Rep went over purchase amounts with me anyways. I said it was to high in price and asked the rep if he had my keys. He said he would go get my keys. The rep comes back & says he has better numbers for me. 🤦🏼‍♀️ They took $250 off what they said the 1st set up numbers. I said no I was not going to pay that & regardless wanted to talk to my bank first. AGAIN I asked the rep if I could have my car keys. He said he would go get them & walked off.🙄 A couple mins go by & no keys OR sales rep. I walked up to another rep & asked "I'M I BEING HELD HOSTAGE?" She asked why. I told her how I have asked for my car keys 3 times and not gotten them. I can't leave without my keys, so what was the deal. She runs off to find what's going on. A different Sales guy comes out & has my car keys. He was such an xxx to me. He says very mean tone, "You are not being held hostage & can leave anytime." I asked him how can I leave when you guys won't give me my car keys to leave. He THAN hands me my car keys & says still in a mean snotty tone, (like I'm so wrong for wanting to leave) you have your keys so you can leave now.🤬 I walked out of there almost in tears. I got to my car shaking I couldn't believe I just had to beg for my car keys back & then this xxx belittles me for wanting to leave! At least the 1st sales rep that was giving my prices was very nice & politie. As I'm about to pull out of the driveway, ANOTHER sales rep shows up at the drives window saying, "wait, just hold on". I roll the window down & he asks what he can do to get me in that Jeep I test drove. 😳 I start to yell at him while holding back tears. I said I would never get a car from them & told him what happened. He said this was the 1st he heard of it & he was the store manager and was sorry. I didn't have to deal with anyone but him. I said, "PLEASE I want to leave". He said he understood and to call him later after I have settled down. What kind of bull sales tactics is this? Think they would have pulled this if I was a man? 😡 I would never suggest any woman to go there. More

I would like to say that this dealership will say just about anything to get you into the dealership. In the last 2 days I have spent over $100 in gas and 6 hours of driving just to have someone come to m about anything to get you into the dealership. I will also tell anyone that asks about them what they did. More
