Ive had a great experience with this dealership in the past which is why I came back to them. This time, not so much. I contacted the dealership to try to run some numbers on a vehicle I was interested in past which is why I came back to them. This time, not so much. I contacted the dealership to try to run some numbers on a vehicle I was interested in. Since I have a trade w/ negative equity, which I bought from there a year ago, I wanted to make sure the numbers would work out. There is no reason for me to drive 45-60 minutes there just for that if it wouldn't work out. The only response from Mike was when can you come, or what are you trying to achieve, what are your current payments? It literraly takes 30 minutes to put a deal together and see if it can work. I buy a lot of cars and have never gone into a dealership for this process. There is zero reason to do so. I trade in that I bought there and is serviced there with only 7400 miles, really doesn't need to be seen to put a trade value to it for the sake of running numbers. When I bought the Jeep there, Mark was awesome and had a deal done over the phone in less than an hour and went there and signed the papers. Same with every other vehicle I have bought the last 5 years. Mike, while responsive, I could tell he had zero interest in doing this. It has nothing to do with the payments, etc.. I have a good job, I have money, I have excellent credit. The simple task of running numbers to see how everything shakes out, how much I want/need to put down and make a decision if its worth pursuing or not take very little time and effort. Its a very easy sale if things work out and its very little time wasted if it didn't. The cheap tatics of trying to get you to come in is outdated and unproffesional. Was interested in purchasing a scat pack wide body and expressed my interest on 3/28/25 and also ran credit online on the same date. Was told on Saturday by the dealership that someone was looking at it a expressed my interest on 3/28/25 and also ran credit online on the same date. Was told on Saturday by the dealership that someone was looking at it and my presence is leverage. Not a great way to business we already put ourselves out there and ran credit. But I was also told it’s not about who does credit first it’s about who signs first. Just not a good way to handle interested customers. Some of us have things to do on Saturday's. So easier to do the credit online. I then told them longer interested to not run anymore credit. And their response was “this is a dealership not a museum”. Very poor if you ask me. More
Everyone I came in contact with here was super down to earth. They were not pushy and really listened to what I wanted and got the cost down to my comfort level! Great customer service.
