We had a great experience purchasing our car at Lake Norman Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and not at all pushy/sales-y. I have had nothing but issues with this service center. I have had to bring it back 8 times for the same issues repeating; they illuded that they don't believe any issues occur when they can't replicate th I have had to bring it back 8 times for the same issues repeating; they illuded that they don't believe any issues occur when they can't replicate them even when I had pictures and videos. They spoke down to me and would not listen to me. Finally they changed their tone for a second when they spoke to my boyfriend, but the second they spoke to me again they were back to talking down to me. They drove my car recklessly while they were test driving it. I watched them drive my vehicle over 20mph over the speed limit for an hour. I could not get in touch with a manager or anyone. I watched it on LoJack and when I came to pick up my car all they would tell me was that they were sorry, not to leave a bad review and that the person who drove the vehicle was terminated. As if that made the situation even remotely better. They had the wrong issue listed on my paperwork for 3 weeks, looking for an issue I never stated happened. When I found out and corrected them they told me that they looked into it in a day and that they still couldn't replicate it after I was told the first time that they could replicate it. They then told me I had to pick up the vehicle immediately. They told me that I had to let them take my vehicle to a tech's home overnight because they could not test drive it during business hours. When I told them I wasn't comfortable due to the previous issues I had when I had let them they told me then they would have to release the vehicle to me and wouldn't fix it or look at it. I had a representative lie about the number of miles put on my car, I have had my car returned me to covered in leaves and with no gas, and they genuinely don't care about you, your vehicle, or your time. I would not go back to this dealership. They do not care about their customers. They had my vehicle for over 100 days in a year period, I had to call consistently for updates, they would leave me on hold for 30 plus minutes, the advisors don't care, are rude, they lie to you, and I still had to take my vehicle to a different dealership to be fixed. I have never been more disappointed in a dealership. My original advisor is not below, but I often had to speak to Jacob. He was usually respectful and I do think he did try. However, ultimately it was a horrible experience. More

Fast forward 15 years, and the Chrysler 300 is still in fantastic condition—thanks to the reliable service I’ve continued to receive from Lake Norman Chrysler. Every visit to the service department has been smooth and hassle-free, and I know I’m in great hands whenever I need something.
