My experience was beyond unsatisfactory it was unacceptable. Being talked down to, lied to, and then gaslighted regarding my vehicle's issues is unacceptable. There was zero regard or empathy for me as a customer. I am surprised that you say you are sorry about the situation with the technician and that it affected my trust in you. I tried to call in for an hour and speak to a manager while it was happening and I could not get through to anyone. Furthermore, when I brought the vehicle back you told me I would have to let someone drive it to and from work or you would not look at it. Though I appreciate the apology I had reached out to your customer relations manager through e-mail and phone and never received a response. It feels very hollow that you are responding now.
