Made an appointment 4 days in advance to get a shock absorber replaced that was leaking under warranty that they had to order. They call me back said it's in stock let's do the job on Monday morning, on absorber replaced that was leaking under warranty that they had to order. They call me back said it's in stock let's do the job on Monday morning, only to have to wait 1 and 1/2 hour for them to run crosstown to go get the shock absorber that they said they had in stock. Update, worked out a resolution with the service manager to my complete satisfaction. More

Upon arrival asked about a courtesy ride. Was told driver was out. Was never given the status of the driver if he returned. Had to sit and wait for my vehicle to be finished.
