Could not figure out what was wrong with my explorer even though it's a bealer ship. Should have everything there to figure out the problem. Not tell me there working on it and drove by twice and it was sitt though it's a bealer ship. Should have everything there to figure out the problem. Not tell me there working on it and drove by twice and it was sitting in the same spot. Then tell me I have to reschedule. Cost me 100.00 an hr to drive there and miss 2 hrs of my work. Received a call from lake ford 20 min after the posting to clear up any issues. The parts some how showed up that same afternoon. Waiting on getting a call to get explorer in to replace parts. I was able to get an appointment quickly although it wasn’t really needed. I was told it would take about an hour and didn’t feel like waiting so came home which isn’t that far away.They notified me in wasn’t really needed. Took our vehicle in to get some problems evaluated. They did a good job on the evaluation, very thorough and that price was fair. However the quotes for the recommended repairs were quite high. Matt and Alec were very helpful with my Ford Escape Plug in Hybrid. Alec spent a great deal of time introducing me to the car and all the new features of a hybrid. Matt quickly found a proper charging unit in Hybrid. Alec spent a great deal of time introducing me to the car and all the new features of a hybrid. Matt quickly found a proper charging unit after discovering the first one wasn't operational. There were a lot of challenges in getting my car from Ford due to supply chain problems but Ford and Matt kept me apprised of the progress. I understand that my plug in hybrid may be one of the first for Lake Ford and so there was a learning element for all of us. Thanks to Lake Ford, I LOVE my Escape and have had more fun driving it than any other car I have owned. (I'm 64!) More
