A few weeks ago I brought my 2015 Lariat in for service. My usual service advisor, Caleb Rupinski was awesome and took good care of me. He is gone now so I used a different advisor, I think Angelo, and he w My usual service advisor, Caleb Rupinski was awesome and took good care of me. He is gone now so I used a different advisor, I think Angelo, and he was not very good. I had issues with things not getting done. I brought my truck in for some more work a couple weeks ago and my new advisor, Brian Teitelbaum, wasfantastic. He was pleasant to work with, listened to my needs, and then made sure everything got done. Today I called Brian because my son is having truck problems. He helped me get his info so my son can schedule an appointment. Brian was very eager to help. He has single handedly restored my satisfaction with Lake since Caleb left. More
