Sales reps are very friendly, they don't try and push you to buy something you don't want. I walked out with a 2020 f150 ecoboost. Definitely coming back when I want to upgrade! Went to lake ford for faulty window issue. They ordered the part and scheduled me for the part replacement and am open recall. Bringing the vehicle in next appointment, they did the recall bu They ordered the part and scheduled me for the part replacement and am open recall. Bringing the vehicle in next appointment, they did the recall but told me as I was dropping off that the part didn't come in yet and was on backorder. They said it would be in OCT 28, but never reached out afterwards. More
