Poor communication on issue with vehicle, I understand its a used vehicle but the issue was easily noticeable after we left the lot. 2023 ford F150 with 700 miles having issues with the Ford Pass connection to the vehicle, was told its a app feature and wont be fixed till June. Took it in February 2023. One of the main reasons I purcha Pass connection to the vehicle, was told its a app feature and wont be fixed till June. Took it in February 2023. One of the main reasons I purchased the truck was the auto start of the vehicle. Same issue with our 2020 ford explore. the explanation of the service department and how it was handled to a client that has bought 7 vehicles from that dealership, maybe its time to move on from lake ford. I had brought my truck in for a recall and added the 10k oil change and tune up. Both state complimentary wash but when I came to pick up my truck, it actually looked dirtier than when I dropped it off. I d oil change and tune up. I don’t go around that area much and I will not go back for a complimentary wash (stated complete on my receipt) when it’s going to cost the same amount in gas as it does to buy my own wash. More
