My car had to be towed in as I broke down while traveling home and this was one of the place’s recommended. It took way too long, I understand people have appointments but it shouldn’t take 4 days to figure home and this was one of the place’s recommended. It took way too long, I understand people have appointments but it shouldn’t take 4 days to figure out the problem. What if I Wasn’t from the area and had kids with me? I wouldn’t have been able to stay in a hotel the whole time. Communication was poor, and then Brian was super sassy when I simple called to see if I would be called when my car was finished, he also was sassy when he stated that he called me earlier in the day, he then recited the number that he called which was the wrong number, but got mad at me. They also first called and said the issue with my car was simply low coolant, but there were no leaks. I asked where does the coolant go if there’s no leaks, it can’t just disappear? To which he responded “I don’t know” but again acted annoyed that I even asked. Communication was so poor and the work was taking so long that I was very close to paying for a tow truck to take it somewhere else. More

Vary nice and efficient time on painting a truck part for my son’s truck for his birthday. Took only a day to paint and they rapped my parts in bubble wrap so they wouldn’t get scuffed up.
