I did receive my Carfax report on July 7, and my XM trial on July 13, but took delivery of the vehicle on June 30. The Carfax should have been presented before the purchase, as some customers may base their purchase on what is on the report. I am looking forward to working towards a resolution on the remaining issues. I’m reachable at any time.

So, when you say “ We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work toward a resolution.
