My sales man was Bryan and he was amazing! He was prior military like my self and made me feel right at home. I live 3 hours away. Got home a realized one of the wheel hubs is making a loud noise. Next mor military like my self and made me feel right at home. I live 3 hours away. Got home a realized one of the wheel hubs is making a loud noise. Next morning started the truck up and it was making a loud ticking noise. Ended up being the exhaust manifold bolts broken. (Which is common on hemi motors). The service department signed off of a check list that said everything was fine on it, which in reality they did not even do a full inspection , especially for common issues with a ram 1500 truck. Guys up front were awesome but upset about the issues that were not corrected or trying to be hidden. More

So today I stopped by my local auto dealer before driving south to purchase a car. I talked to Ken about a car that I found on their website, which was already fairly priced. I told him that I was headed south when I left Lake City and planned to purchase a vehicle today since I thought the deals were better in South Florida. Ken asked what I was willing to pay so I shot him what I felt was a low offer. He told me that he would let me know something within the hour. Long story short, I had a message from Ken within the hour, with an out the door price that I couldn’t turn down. I jumped off I-75S at the next exit and headed straight back to lake city.
