Worst customer service have ever dealt with. These people do not care about you or helping you they just want to make a sale. I bought a 2019 Dodge Charger from them found it on cargurus. Was listed that it do not care about you or helping you they just want to make a sale. I bought a 2019 Dodge Charger from them found it on cargurus. Was listed that it had never been in a wreck. After I sign the papers for the car the salesman wants to pull up car fax stating that’s it’s been wrecked. Well why are y’all lying listing that it’s never been in a wreck then?? Another thing when I took the car for a test drive the tire pressure sensor was reading low for one of the tires. The salesman with me in the car just said “oh I think the tire sensor is bad we’ll check it out and get it fixed”. So as I’m about to leave dealership with car he tells me they took it back to the shop to check out the tire and that they would order a new sensor. I get home with car and tire looks lower than it did at the dealership when I test drove it so I decide to check tire pressure myself and it read low so I put air in it and turns out tire pressure sensor was fine and it was just a low tire but they lied saying it was the sensor and that they had checked it out but they didn’t and sent me home driving on a flat tire. Later on I find out on the inside of the rim it’s cracked causing air to leak out of tire and also inside of tire it was splitting where someone tried super gluing tire or something. I had to drive and hour on the interstate to get home from dealership. Something could’ve happened and I had been seriously injured driving on a tire and rim like that. I pretty much had to stay on them everyday for a month so I could get reimbursed for tire and get a new rim. They didn’t care I had to drive on a bad tire and rim. But I’m sure if the tables were turned they’d want to be treated right. Clearly they do not inspect the cars the way they’re supposed to. Like I said these are not honest people they don’t care about you they just want to make a sale. Not once were any of the employees that I dealt with apologetic about the situation. Worst experience ever. I do not recommend this dealership whatsoever. More
My salesman James work diligently to help me get what I wanted and did a excellent job. Chris help me with my paperwork being my computer was n it right and he went out of his way to email me in a very t wanted and did a excellent job. Everyone at the ram dealership treated me in a very professional and friendly manner and attended to my needs and desires in all matters superbly. They are number one in my book. This is the second Ram I have purchased from them and will always make them my Ram dealer. More
Wife took my car in, since i was out of town,for rough engine . Inexperienced techs wanted to tear my engine down to rebuild lifters which would have cost $6000, i called to talk to service advisor who pr engine . Inexperienced techs wanted to tear my engine down to rebuild lifters which would have cost $6000, i called to talk to service advisor who promised to send me the troubleshooting results and pressure test results from cylinder test that supposedly proved his tech theory, but then told me he was not required to send these things to me. I had my wife retrieve my car from the dealer and I would check it out when i got home.The codes that were on my car state to start with checking spark plugs and coil packs. If the tech had checked the spark plugs he would have found that is all that needed to be changed. I changed spark plugs and oil in my own car and this fixed the problem it cost me just over $200 and the dealer was going to charge me $6000 to do unnecessary work on my car because they have inexperienced techs not mechanics working on customers cars. Steer clear of this service department. More
Bad Customer service. the Car came without the Key lock removal. i can't have my car serviced because i can't take my wheels pulled out. I left two messages to my Sales rep Dozi and his manager, none of th removal. i can't have my car serviced because i can't take my wheels pulled out. If I knew before they had such a bad customer service and so many bad reviews I would never had made the trip to Lake City to buy my Ram. They only care about the sale. More
I bought a new truck from them and the paint was messed up and it was bad rust under the truck. I can go on and on about everything but there so many bad reviews of this dealership mine will not help much up and it was bad rust under the truck. Horrible service department. My entire experience was all about lies. Bought jeep used. Every six months it needs about a$1,000 worth of work...supposedly it was only pulled behind an RV...LIE.I CAN'T TRUST IT. IT HAS LEFT ME STRAN used. Every six months it needs about a$1,000 worth of work...supposedly it was only pulled behind an RV...LIE.I CAN'T TRUST IT. IT HAS LEFT ME STRANDED 3 TIMES... TWICE IN VALDOSTA(80 miles from home) Towing was $300!! Once in Pensacola, where 350 mi from home. We were charged $400 for a trottle body...did not solve anything. They tried to charge me for a 4 month old battery to put in a new one.The service mgr was fired for falsifying parts, Cris somebody. Mechanic, Kevin was short-tempered and hostile. Do not buy anything from Lake city Jeep or Sunbelt Honda!!!! This was the WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT ANY Dealership.... they are preying on the public. I would like to add I alerted Chris... before my car was towed in that it was in limp mode and coming up w all these codes. Of course the throttle body was randomly blamed..and a new $400 part was replaced..... that did not solve the problem. I told that Kevin I didn't need to pay for a replacement. When the original part was fine. He seemed to be angry and started something about at the end of the day....blah blah.He told me my 4mo old battery was dead....not true. At the end of the day some little ignition part....a new throttle body at $400 and another $400 to install . Otherwise known as theft. It's not over. When I find out which dept regulates dealerships I'll lodge another complaint until we get our money back and fraud is exposed . That dealership is so chaotic.... there are so many underlying issues..I worked as a service sec af powers Cadillac.. Thank you. Tammy Greenhalgh More
