Salesman was more interested in attempting to help me sell my old vehicle to a private party at trade in prices on Facebook Marketplace than he was at selling the new one. Sales person Dozi had no inform sell my old vehicle to a private party at trade in prices on Facebook Marketplace than he was at selling the new one. Sales person Dozi had no information about the vehicle he was selling, any questions I asked was directed to another to answer. Left me sitting for over an hour waiting to place a factory order, that once started took all of 10minutes to complete. When i picked up the vehicle Dozi had the nerve to state repeatedly that he deserved a tip because of how quickly things were being processed, even though I had a tag to swap, but even though I had spoken to the sales manager on multilpe occasions and was assured everything was completed and ready for pick-up, when I arrived they stated they could not use yhe tag & were supplying a new tag. After discussion with the manager it was agreed upon they were ring & my tag was used. There were so many things that could have been more professional, or at least knowedgable about the vehicles & being up front and comunicate to the customer. More
