Well the first day out the gate and the transmission went to slippin in a brand new truck and I’ve yet to here back from em on the warranty I was promised and here it is day 5! I was completely blown away by my Salesman Jaren Hinson. I was looking at the dealership inventory online and found the vehicle I wanted. This was late Saturday night. Someone reached out to me a few minute I was looking at the dealership inventory online and found the vehicle I wanted. This was late Saturday night. Someone reached out to me a few minutes later and set me an appointment with Jared. Jared reached out to me Sunday and said he would have the vehicle waiting out front when I came in for the appointment. Monday 9 am I arrived for my appointment with Jared. The vehicle was out front as promised. He took very good care of me from that point on. I recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to get a hold of Jared. Everyone at Lake City Dodge went above and beyond. They are all Rockstars. More

Most unorganized terrible dealership that I have ever bought a vehicle from.. The salesman that wouldn’t return phone calls or confirm an appointment for warranty issues that happened before the truck wa bought a vehicle from.. The salesman that wouldn’t return phone calls or confirm an appointment for warranty issues that happened before the truck was delivered. The vehicle registration and tag that was invalid when the vehicle was delivered but only found out after being pulled over 3 weeks after I got the truck. The unreturned phone call after I spent 3 hours at the DMV getting a valid plate and registration so I can legally drive my truck. I have to say the lack of everything from this dealership guarantees I will never buy anything from them ever again!!! More
