We purchased a 2023 Dodge Challenger GT and had a poor experience with this dealership. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all. We were told incorrect information about the vehicle experience with this dealership. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all. We were told incorrect information about the vehicle. But we knew what we wanted and purchased despite of our experience because we liked the vehicle. However, during the purchase we requested the windows be tinted and they agreed. This ended up being a big mistake. My husband went to pick the vehicle up on a Saturday and the dealership had an entire week to have the car detailed and windows tinted. The Friday before my husband called to confirm the car was ready and Luke Gleeson tried to put him off until the following Tuesday and he stated they didn’t have any tint to put on the windows. My husband then tried to cancel the deal and all of a sudden received a call back within a few minutes and was told they went to a county over from them and picked up some tint to place on the window. When my husband arrived to pick up the vehicle he had to wait for them to clean the vehicle as this was not done prior to him coming as promised and the tint had air bubbles in several windows. When my husband pointed that out he was told to give it a couple days and it would clear up. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Luke then told my husband if he would give a perfect rating he would purchase our meal since we were celebrating our son’s birthday which was the reason for the purchase of the vehicle. He would do this because of all of the chaos we went through. Also, my husband was given a key to the vehicle just to find out the dealership lost the original second key and stated they would have to order another key which we would then have to make a third trip down there to have the key programmed to the car. Mind you we live an hour and a half away from the dealership and were told they would buy our gas since we had to make so many trips. However, this did not occur either. They would not agree for our local dodge dealership to program the key because it would be an expense for them. The tint is peeling off the windows and Luke said it would be replaced. That still has not occurred and we will have to have another company remove the tint and replace it correctly for an additional fee. If a dealership has to try and bribe you to give a good rating, they need additional training and you should not purchase from them. Obviously, Luke is not in the right position in his career. More

Joseph was my Service Advisor while I was getting my car serviced. His customer service was beyond anything I could imagine. He truly went above and beyond. He was friendly and attentive.
