This will be long, but it's necessary to understand my experience with this dealership. I went there on a Friday, during a dealer sales event, to look at vehicles. I ended up buying a 2020 Jeep Gladia experience with this dealership. I went there on a Friday, during a dealer sales event, to look at vehicles. I ended up buying a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. I negotiated with the salesman, who turned out to be a third-party salesman there for the sales event. The final price I negotiated with him was supposed to be 40,000 dollars, to include all the various fees and taxes from the dealership. I also agreed to gap insurance at a cost of 1,500 bringing the total to 41,500-ish, but this was decision was made after dealing with the salesman. That number was not what I paid. The actual final price was 47,000. I didn't catch the discrepancy while signing the final paperwork. The finance guy never broke down of the final price during signing, and every time it was brought up, the subject was changed. It was late, there a ton of people, and everything was rushed. So rushed, that we didn't even recieve copies of the papers we signed until the next day. We were hurried out the door with keys to our newly purchased vehicle, and were actively dissuaded from going back in with subject changes and my attention redirected to some other nifty feature on the vehicle. Honestly, I didn't think anything of it that night. We, my wife and I, picked up the paperwork the next morning. We noticed the price difference once we got home. I tried to call the salesman to ask about what happened. It turns out, he was staying in his RV on the lot, and he left in the middle of the night, with no warning. There were still two days left in the event. He wouldn't answer his phone, and the dealership couldn't contact him. I was directed to talk to the finance guy, the one that we signed the paperwork with, but he told me that he needed to talk to the bank to find out what could be done. This was on a Saturday, so we would have to wait until Monday. Monday comes, and I call back around noon, the finance guy tells me the bank is busy and can't talk to him, but he will try later. I called back about 5pm, and now the finance guy is gone, he left early that day. So I figure I'll try again Tuesday. I call several times Tuesday, but it goes to voicemail, and no callback from finance guy. I decided to call the bank, and they seem confused as to why he would need to talk to them to fix this. According to them, this is dealer issue, and has to be dealt with on that end. I went back to the dealership on Wednesday, and the finance guy is still gone. So I talk to one of the managers. Turns out he dealt with the original salesman, and he claims I actually got what I asked for, and proceeded to attempt to explain how 47,000 was actually 40,000. He kept going back to taxes and fees, but remember, that 40k was supposed to include all those taxes and fees. He also seemed stuck on the fact that I financed 42,000 dollars, which is true, but that's because I paid 5,000 down. In the end, I still paid 47,000 (the 5,000 dollar down payment, plus the 42,000 dollars financed). I can't help but feel I was cheated out of 7,000 dollars, and the dealership has no interest in making this right. I get that I should have caught this at signing, but to gaslight me and hang me out like this just feels wrong. At least have the courage to say you have no interest in trying to fix this. More
They aren’t honest people they also gives you the runaround not trust worthy. I have had my vehicle since December 22 and they promised to do two repairs and they finished on March 10,23 and they did runaround not trust worthy. I have had my vehicle since December 22 and they promised to do two repairs and they finished on March 10,23 and they didn’t apply the seal and I asked wasn’t it supposed to be sealed and he said no . On March 11th the piece they put on my car is no longer there! It’s really sad I have been to this place 4 times for two parts and my vehicle isn’t repaired properly yet. Y’all score a 0 in my site and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Gas is expensive and my time is limited! More
